All plans, designs, elevations, specifications, and amenities are subject to approval by the competent authorities and may be modified if required.

The images, illustrations, and renderings used in marketing materials are for representation purposes only and may vary from the final construction.

Prices, offers, and payment plans are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Dwellin Livings Private Limited.

4.

Booking of a property is subject to the receipt of the prescribed booking amount and execution of the relevant agreements.

5.

Registration charges, stamp duty, GST, statutory taxes, utility deposits, maintenance charges, and other government levies shall be borne by the purchaser as applicable.

6.

Possession timelines are indicative and may vary due to force majeure events, government approvals, material shortages, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond the company's control.

7.

The company reserves the right to make minor architectural, structural, or layout changes without affecting the overall quality or functionality of the project.

8.

Maintenance charges shall be applicable as per the agreement and are payable by the purchaser.

9.

Any delay in payment by the purchaser may attract interest or penalties as specified in the Sale Agreement.

10.

Cancellation and refund of bookings shall be governed by the terms mentioned in the Booking Application and Sale Agreement.

11.

The purchaser is responsible for verifying all legal, financial, and project-related documents before completing the purchase.

12.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

13.

Dwellin Livings Private Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
